We promise to replace your DAYLO jewelry if it discolors, fades, or is accidentally damaged.

Simply send an email with a picture of the item and your order number to support@daylobrand.com. You don't need to provide an explanation - we will send you a replacement or issue a store credit.

Please note that our lifetime warranty applies to all items.

However, we cannot replace jewelry that has been lost, stolen, intentionally damaged or otherwise misused.
